Developments to the Emirate’s infrastructure to help in maintaining Dubai as one of the most desirable places to visit across the globe
Last year, Dubai welcomed over 13.5 million international visitors. Over 10% of these visitors were from India and the United Kingdom. With the new attractions, Indian tourists will be the target market for Dubai due to the opening of Bollywood Park, the world’s first Bollywood theme park.
With new attractions such as the IMG Adventure World and Dubai Parks & Resorts, Miracle Garden and City Walk, tourism numbers to the Emirate will be at its highest ever for 2017.
Along with these new attractions, the Dubai airport infrastructure is redeveloped to handle over 180 million passengers. The newly opened Terminal D caters to over 85 airlines and has world leading lounges and duty free experience.
Hotel accommodations have also increased with new hotels opening up along the Dubai Canal and more hotel launches scheduled throughout 2017. Dubai now has over 50,000 hotel rooms on offer for a variety of budgets. Topping the list is the Burj Al Arab, the world’s only 7 star hotel.
Transportation methods are revamped as well. Recently launched pay by the minute rent a car services have launched to help aid in economical transport. The Dubai Metro is also just as robust with over 20 million passengers every month.
These attractions and advancements in the country has made it one of the go to destinations in the world.
